People who could define their questions better in Yahoo Answers. For example, you haven't specified any range we need to consider to answer your question, so I could make up this answer and use it to answer your question to get my 10 points for best answer.

It surely does not need people who ask questions for the sake of asking them. Neither does it need people who answer for the sake of answering. So Internet specifically needs to keep people that waste time, away from it. It needs to get rid of people who are so 'entitled' that they have nothing better to do than ask dumb and imbecilic questions.
