People that have phone numbers that are listed in the white pages can be found online since the white pages data is public.

easy they can, run your email address through pipl.com , this will then give you a link to your social networks which will no doubt have your full name and the town you live in they then use these two bits of information and type them in the search at 192.com and that will give them your address

If they have enough information about you -
Your Full Name
what City you live in
then all they have to do is look in the white pages of the telephone directory.
If they have your IP they Cant Trace it.
An IP can only be traced back to your ISP.
