well i was having a convo on snapchat with my bff and she sent a couple videos, they have both loaded and come up with "press down an hold to view" but when i press down and hold, nothing happens at all, for both of them, i have tried restarting my snapchat and trying again but it wont work and i really wanna reply

might be the internet connection, or just the app, thats happen to me a few time
