I'm already logged into Netglix on my computer, but I want to log into it on my phone. I can't send the email, so what do I do?

You have to log out of Netflix on the computer, or you can't use it on the phone.
The reason you can only be logged in one advice is to prevent you from sharing your password.
So, if you give your username and password to all of your friends, they use Netflix for free and you only pay a few bucks a month for all of them.
