Getting that combination in a free host would be rare, you can probably add as many added information pages on some ecommerce hosts.
It seems desperate to do ecommerce on a free host, considering the significant effort it will take to promote any store site, the expense of a basic shared hosting account is not that much, you could then mix an ecommerce platform and a wordpress blog using open source code,

I dont think you can find a totally "free" web building site. You can get it for a free trial up to a certain period then you have to pay. For something like that, Wordpress is still the best option. User friendly and easy to learn how to use.
