Like, if, for example, I am into feet, can I ask the live adult chat hosts to show me their feet? Will they do what I ask?

Probably. It may also cost you tokens to convince the person to do it for you. (They're doing this for the money, after all)

On live adult chat rooms you pay for the models' time, so they have an interest to keep you pleased and to do what you ask. They won't do anything, but as far as feet go, I doubt it if you'll have any problem getting them to play along. The site I use even has categories for fetish webcams where you can find BDM, foot fetish, domination, latex, etc.

You can request whatever you like but they'll only do what they want or are willing to. No refunds or anything like that if you're not happy.
