If there's a free app I can download to use Ask Answers on my c'phone, how should I contact Ask.com? - JG - 04-28-2014 10:08 AM

My 'Net access is somewhat limited - my PC isn't working right now and I don't always have time to use library computers so for the time being I'm accessing the Net via cellphone. It's a bit annoying I can't log in to the Ask Answers Q-and-A Community to post questions there. I sent an email to Ask.com at customersupport@ask.com to find out there's a free app I can use on my cellphone to access Ask Answers Q-&-A Community but I can't use one of my personal e-mail accounts to see if they responded. Ask.com has a C/S line - 510-985-7400 - so I should just call them, right? Or is there a better way to contact Ask.com? Please help - thank you.
