You should not over-burden the content with keywords. Limited work usually ensure that your keyword ranking is stable and doesn't not waiver too much.

Keep updating your site to keep your visitors interested in your site. They will re-visit your site if they always find something knew and useful related to their search query. Also work on strengthening your social media presence.this wil help you maintain your position and may also help you move upward in search results

Combine SEO and social media. If you have been doing the black hat or post panda-penguin SEO, you will need to request for removal for those links.

Hi,

SEO strategy is actually pretty simple. Google wants to provide the most relevant information to their customers (the people searching). The focus of a good SEO campaign would be to actually be the best website for the top of the search results and prove it..

Tactics are a bit more confusing but basically you need on-page and off-page SEO.
On-Page:
- Be sure you have unique good titles and descriptions per page.
- Good unique content.
- Dynamic content - video or blog, to signal to Google the website is active (also a good way to add content and keywords without adding pages, etc.)

Off-page - Link building:
- Engage in social media relevant to your business.
- Write and distribute press releases.
- Utilize some guest blogging.

Remember to use correct anchor text.

Hope this helps,
