I found this website, in china, for louboutin shoes, and I want to order but I dno if it safe and stuff, and I don't want to get ripped off.
how can I know if its a trusted authentic website?

If it is Chinese, they only sell cheap counterfeit products and not the real thing.
It looks like every other Chinese website that only sell cheap fakes and the site is only 9 days old.

You cannot buy genuine louboutin shoes from any online shop based in China.
There are many of these kinds of websites for shoes and handbags based in China. They put up a website and sell fakes until the website gets shut down by the brand owners. Then they open another one until it gets shut down, and on and on it goes. This is why they are always spamming forums and emails with messages about their websites, because the sites only stay up for a few months before being shut down so they are trying to capture as many orders as quickly as possible.
If you did order from them, you would end up receiving low quality fakes if you actually ever received anything at all. My advice to you - stay away from them.
