So whenever I restart my windows 8 laptop things I have installed from websites go they uninstall automatically. Etc. Google chrome, Mozilla Firefox. Plz help on that. Also I was installing windows 8.1 when suddenly my Battery died. When I plugged the charger in and turned it on I saw that windows 8.1 was not there it stopped installing. Then when I go to Store it dosent show windows 8.1. Then when I search it some other things come up. If I install it from a website will it all go when I restart my PC. PLZ help also will be looking for best answer!

that operating systems has a lot of criticism, if i were you i'll change it for another system

You need to optimize your PC thats all. Until then you will continue to get this error.
