I have A ky touch that my aunt gave me today and I went to the app store to get instagram and it doesnt have it .... and in pissed that it doesnt have it. And i really dont want to switch back and forwth from phone to phone (i also have an iphone) and i would rather stay with one phone .

Maybe your phone is not adroid-powered that's why it does not have access to the playstore and instagram.
