i am from Nepal here we cannot link bank account with paypal to verify. I have paypal account but not verified. now if i load $10 in my account from friends account could i be able to pay that amount for facebook advertising to facebook without verifyinh paypal

Without Verifying your Pay Pal i Dont Think it Would be Possible

It's not possible to do that without verifying your paypal.
