Everything from my computer to my modem seems to be working just fine, but I don't know what's wrong with my internet connection. Plus, I'm having trouble trying to watch my videos on Youtube, because it stops and loads for about 2-3 minutes, before I can watch the rest of the movie.
Is my internet connection running slow, due to heavy traffic?
Can you help me out?
Should I be patient with it?

Could be heavy traffic or slow internet connection. Not enough memory, crappy software, you name it. I have the same problem at times.

I would try basic maintenance...Use Hitman Pro, ccleaner, restart PC and use the Window's Defrag Tool. You could also reset IE8 to Defaults in Options, Advanced and reset router or unplug it for 15 sec and plug it back in restarting PC...
