I started on facebook, and am on level 2, and on ipad i am on 160, and on iphone 156. So i connected fb with my ipad, and surprisingly, ipad's level reduced to 2(as on fb) so is there any possible way, i can sync my ipad to facebook.

No you Can Not If you Play on a Different Device the Levels May Be Different No Way to Sync It Up to Date
