every-time i try to start google chrome it says it got a system/program crash

Uninstall it and reinstall it. That should fix the issue.

Please download the latest version of Chrome,
Uninstall the pervious version of chrome "completely" from your machine.

And then install the latest version..!!

There are virus in your pc.. so scan your pc

Options:
1- Try restarting your comp
2- Uninstall google chrome and then install it again
3- Do you have lots of downloads/games/programs on your computer? Delete a few that you dont really need or dont really play anymore because these slow down your computer
4- Delete any unnessasary add ons which also slow down your comp
5- Is your comp virus free? Make sure it is.
6- Check to see if you have a program in compatible with google chrome
7- Firewall?
8- Use internet explorer or firefox
