Recently I haven't been able to access Google Chrome, which is how I usually use the internet. It started when I was in my university library and I loggen on to their wifi for the first time. It worked well and I was able to surf for a while without incident but then suddenly I got a page that said "This Webpage is Not Available". I just figured that I got booted for looking up "innapropriate websites" (not porn or anything, just ESPN and youtube)
When I got home and connected to my home network the Not Available page kept coming up but I was able to get onto the internet using my ipod and the Internet Explorer shortcut but I like Google Chrome a lot better. I tried to fix this by messing with my firewall settings and doing that proxy server thing that every other website is telling me to do but I'm still having no luck.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
Also:
Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection
this comes up at the bottom of the not available page.

uninstall google chrome and download it again and install it. that should work
