I have no idea how it got in my computer but its here. I uninstalled it from my program list but it will not let me delete it in my Chrome extension tab and its putting ads literally everywhere I visit.

Open the google browser, find tools to customize the inside, which has a tool extensions, extensions inside looking TubeAdBlocker. Hope you can help.
