I want to read all of the Forest of Hands and Teeth stories, I've read and own the novels, but they seem to either be part of separate anthologies or only available on kindle. Does anyone know if they've been collected into one book, Like Holly Black's "Poison Eaters" or Kelly Link's "Pretty Monsters"? Or if they will be? I've googled but to no concrete avail.
