Hello,
My Razer Blade 17's fan is currently very loud, even though it's processing Google Chrome only, I turned it to battery saving mode hoping it would stop. The fan stops only when there are no applications opened. The fan sounds like it's on a stroke, basically it starts, stop, starts, and keeps repeating.. I've tried restarting my pc, but it's like this. This never happened before, the sound is different from the sound from before. Anyone know what's causing this?

I'd suggest it could be a problem with the controller or temperature sensor.
Your easiest solution would be to disconnect the fan from the mobo connector and power it from a different fan connector, or directly from the psu
