1) First sign in or sign up at
https://accounts.google.com/Login?hl=EN
2) Then go to
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/alexa-traffic-rank/cknebhggccemgcnbidipinkifmmegdel
and click on blue '+Free' button at upper right corner;
3) Small window will pop up, click on Add.
You should now see Alexa extension at the upper right side of the Google Chrome browser window.
