Unless they know about you, nobody will approach you.

You will have to advertise in places where companies look when they want to advertise on websites.

And your advertisement needs to have as much useful information as possible, including your name, phone, email, website, etc.

Firstly you have to advertise your website on Internet.. then only people can know about your website and they will show interest. You can advertise on your own site also..like for advertising contact or call..
You can use paid option also for advertising your site and get client.

First start free advertisement for companies , then if you feel you are getting nice clicks and impressions then you can charge . Because in starting no company will pay you for ads without website reputation.
