I don't think you can do that because it might be the internet provider that has slow internet connection. I suggest that for you to speed up your internet is to cancel your current internet provider and get a new internet service provider that has FAST internet connection but it might cost you more money
I might be wrong so do your research before you do something

You can speed up your internet by the following these steps...
1. Switch to a different browser.
2. Remove unwanted add-ons, extensions, and plugins.
3. Close unused tabs.
4. Allow (some) cookies and caching.
