How do i do this? I'm not the smartest but I've asked people and they don't understand it either !
Also.. is this for everyone or for app creators ? because it popped up on MY facebook home page..

I would suggest you to go to a computer engineer.

It's for developers only. It doesn't apply to regular facebook users, who normally don't understand all the codes anyway.
