Erm so there was this celebrity who was doing a follow spree so i tweeted him nonstop. I think I tweeted him for like, 130 times in less than an hour. After that, I cant tweet anymore. It has been two hours and I still cant tweet. Am I suspended? I can still DM. How long will I have to wait? Please help me. Thank you very much and have a nice day. xxx

It's possible your account has been frozen for review. This is a safety measure to make sure you're not a spam-bot. Give it a few days, and if your account has not been released, contact twitter's customer support.
