How do i stop this? Because ill go on facebook and it will say i have a notification, but i already saw that notification, same with twitter.

Well cause ur probably logged in on your phone all the time...

it just hasn't updated yet on your phone. honestly, it's not really a problem. so just log onto both of those apps and the notifications should go away.
