Log on to facebook. Click on edit profile. Click on update info. Go to contact information. Next to mobile number click on edit. Mobile phone section will open. Next to your mobile number hit on "Remove". Again in mobile settings click on remove (for confirmation) you will have to enter your facebook password for security reasons. Then confirm removal. Done.
