I am using google chrome and i've already scanned my computer but there's no virus. I've attached a screenshot of this problem. I took the picture from tumblr but i'm having this problem on most websites i'm visiting. Please help me

Some sort of ad-ware. I'd try System Restore.

Try running the free versions of Malwarebytes and Superantispyware.

Use Adwcleaner: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/
1. Click Scan
2. Click Clean
3. Restart Computer
4. Reset Browser settings: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en
You only need to do step 4 if you still don't have full control of your browser.
