For the canon eos rebel sl1, what all lenses are compatible with it? Another question, what is a wifi adaptor for cameras and what all do they do?

All of Canon's APS lenses, EF and EF-S, plus the three STM lenses they brought out with it.

WiFi for cameras allows them to connect to other WiFi devices, such as your computer through your WiFi. This allows you to download pix, and even forward them to your favorite social media site such as Facebook.
BTW, the SL1 uses Eye-Fi.
