So, I just bought an item, but I didn't use Paypal to pay for it, I just used regular credit card.
Lets say if the item somehow doesn't come...do I have to go through ebay or paypal to get money back?
I don't think i have to go through paypal because I didn't use paypal and I don't have a paypal account and I have heard from others that Paypal customer service is very difficult to deal with.

If you purchased the item on ebay you are covered under ebay buyer protection.

be happy that you paid with your CC, if the seller does not deliver they will fight for you and get your refund.
the other answerer tells you that ebay will protect you through their buyer protection, unfortunately that is not true anymore --wife learned the new ebay is not worth trusting--do your own research
