Add websites ???
1. Do you want to add your websites to search engines/directory, or so?
2. Or, do you want to save any of the websites that you like?
Can you be clear with the question you have put in?
If you are to say #2, then you can bookmark the site that you wish to open in future. Bookmarking option depends on the browser that you use.
If you are to go with #1, you should then be knowing the marketing techniques to get the sites marked up.
