Ok so my Girlfriend is basically a photographer. She loves, taking pictures & her creativity & originality is amazing & instagram is her life. I don't know what camera she has but it's 14 Megapixels & she says it's decent. Her birthday is in 3 months (November 25th) & i was thinking about buying her the Samsung Galaxy Camera. It seems like a solid Camera looking at the specs. I mean it's basically a phone without the calling It's only 2 megapixels better (16 mp) but it makes up for it with the UI. . thats what i thought until i saw this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gca3uud87c . . Now i'm not so sure. It's $399 which is expensive but after that review i'm not sure. i saw a simple Nikon Camera at target for $199 & is 32 megapixels with amazing quality, but not the UI. So now i'm stuck between 2 products. I mean i have a galaxy note 2 & he's right the quality is pretty much the same.. but idk what to do.. please help. i know she'll be happy with whatever i get her but i just wanna get her the best.

If she is truly a photographer, and wants to take photography to the next level, she needs a DSLR. Two of the entry level DSLR's are the Canon T3 and the Nikon D3100.

retiredP gave you the best two for the money. Samsung aren't known for making quality cameras.
