Try F5

Chrome and Chromium both have it, it's the circular arrow to the left of the address bar, however there are two alternatives that work on all web browsers.

To refresh hit F5 on your keyboard and it will refresh the page.
To do a forced refresh (gets the page straight from the webserver, won't load a cached version) hold CTRL and hit F5

There are many different ways to do it :

1. Click "Home " button in the right top corner of Facebook Page, it will refresh and bring you back to News Feed Page. Or you can click your name , will refresh and take you to your profile page.

2. Use "F5" button on your keyboard.

3. Google Chrome does have refresh option. It is right next to the arrows. You can click it.

4. Facebook refreshes itself after a period of time or if someone posts something .
