I used to use this website to watch mobile anime, the name of it sorta sounds like Vimeo, or vhvideo or something along those Lines. It has a bleach screen with a search engine at the top, and it has categories of the different kinds of videos below. Any help is appreciated!

I used "mobile anime + bleach + v" in Google to see what I can find. This appears to be the only site that fit all of the criteria. Also, numerous sites go down and so it could just be out of business.
