* Its Not safe as per google penguin rule *

But if u want to submit the same article , then there is a way .
Never use any software to do auto post to article websites .
Do manually create account on every website and submit article manually .
Do spin your keywords for anchor .

And the main thing it depends on your keyword , panda , penguin still on a wrong way on indian websites .

Duplicate content actually does the most harm when it is duplicated within your own site, there are lots of circumstances in which a text will end up on multiple sites, that's generally OK, but it does diminish the ranking of most copies.
The real payoff from article sites like Ezinearticles is when other webmasters choose to reprint your article, causing it to be duplicated on yet more sites.

This is not necessary as any good article website already puts out the content for other sites to grab. Google will certainly downgrade any duplicate content and so you are putting yourself at serious risk.

Plus, it's just plain stupid because article writing is almost pointless for rankings now.

You need a good link. Write an article for nature.com or something.
