contact the carrier for the phone.

Get Specific connector for this phone, if it is available from Sony Centres for the specific phone. Only the connector usb cable from them, one would be able to get the connection with the computer. Once done, just connect the one end of cable to the computer and the other one with the phone. Now you could use to transfer files from computer and phone.
