its winxp who dropped it,,,,,kindly update to google chrome if u using win xp
If using win7/8 then update to IE 11 as its a new version and will support all other sites....

I don't believe there is a date when microsoft drops support ie8,
Email services like gmail have disclosed that they will be dropping ie8 for their services.
