Instagram hashtag help!? - lolashy - 04-28-2014 04:51 PM I have 280 followers and I only get 3-4 likes a picture... My hashtags are not working on my photos. How do I fix this? I have updated to the latest version of instagram. But, It still doesn't work. I use to get at least 30 likes a picture.
