When I try to go to Facebook in Google Chrome it says Oops! Google Chrome could not load this page. Internet Explorer also gives a failure-to-load message. All other sites are working, and I've switched wifi networks to see if the connection was the problem.
I have already tried going to facebook.com/login, and deleting my history and cookies and trying again. Neither of these worked. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong and what I need to do?
This is URGENT, I'm coordinating over fb message with someone who doesn't have a phone and I don't have access to any other computer or phone, I need to get facebook back in the next hour or so.
It's not working in internet explorer either, and I don't have a phone that I can get fb on.

just restart your computer and if it doesn't work delete google chrome and redownload

Uninstall and then reinstall google chrome. Worked for me.
