when I try to watch a youtube video it's really jumpy! I tried to redownload adobe flashplayer 13 but there was no change. Sometimes if I watch a video on really low Hd it might not jump but it's really blurry due to lack of HD! I tried to download a different flash player (like an older version) but it would only let me do 13!! please help! I'm rubbish with computers and I have a mac if that helps!!

http://www.speedtest.net It will show how fast your internet connection is. If you internet shows anything less than 3mbps download speed, your internet probably is just not fast enough. Try to get a connection around 5mbps or 10mbps download.

remove your flash player and install it again
