when you connect to someone else's wifi do they get notified? - Quietlamp334 - 04-28-2014 04:58 PM

so, do the WiFi owner get notified or know that who is connected to their wifi .

and if yes, do they even get to know that what are we doing online...

like they can't access my Facebook password?? right..

or they can/can't hack my laptop???
can they get all the info about which website i am opening, what am i downloading??

Well it depends what sort of software they have installed on their computer. Some software's can track whose connected and what they are doing. They cant access your facebook for example because they are on a different computer, so no need to worry Smile. And also it is very difficult for them to hack your computer. They are going to need alot of knowledge to hack your computer. Hope that helped Smile

Win7 gave me a very brief message in the notification area/system tray.

the message faded quickly.
