It's from Senpai no Mizugi, I wasn't to for sure which one of Kamon Saeko's manga's it was from at first, since it's from one of the untranslated manga's so I looked it up and found the page just to be sure. The manga is a Libre title so I doubt any scanlator group will pick it up.
