Hello guys
Recently I have noticed I am not being able to even open the website http://www.startv.in .
I have tried everything on my pic cleared all the cookies and deleting the history of data presuming if that have to do something with it but all in vain.
Just wanted to know if anyone out there is also having the same problem .
Is it because I am living in INDIA is the problem because I have learned some websites permit users of certain countries.
Please help ke out

Check your firewall settings if it's blocked. Also check your hosts file in system32 folder & look for its address.
