I've heard that it will need to partially downloaded on Steam, but I haven't got an internet connection at my gaming PC. Will I be able to install F1 2012 and play it without internet connection?

Yes I would have thought so but you will not be able to get any updates.

You can't download it without internet connection also I have no clue what F1 stands for so I have no idea how to help
As far as I know EVERY game must be fully downloaded and installed on Steam so you must have an internet connection plus it can't connect to your account without one anyway

If it has anything to do with steam you will need Internet.
