if you use updated browser then your internet speed automatically increase other wise follow these step: 1 go to your connection properties and click to internet protocol TPC then its propreties and go to obtain DNS server change it up 8 8 8 8. then at down 8 8 4 4. ok. this may speed your browser fast.

It is possible that browser could be effect on speed. You should install latest version of chrome and try to change DNS server. For more: you should clean your browser history with the help of free downloading ccleaner software.
