When ever I try to open my internet explorer a tab opens up but then it closes and asks me to save the file. It says, name: dnserror
Type: unknown file type, 5.80kb
From: ieframe.dll
Why is this happening? I have tried to save it then open through the document but the same thing happens. Please help.

it happened to me also the thing that i did is i upgraded it to a higher version

Download different browser then upgrade internet explorer.
