I dont have a gaming mouse; it's just a regular wireless logitech one. When i look around in game (cod4 pc) i don't look around smoothly like other players. My look is all steppy. Don't really know how else to explain it. Anyone know what the problem might be?

It might be that the game runs slowly on your computer, are your hardware requirements good enough for the game?
It could be something to do with your internet connection, perhaps the game lags a bit making it move frantically?
Other than that I can't give more advice, my 3 £ mouse works just fine.
