Get lags even while playing video
my laptop config are:-
8gb ram
full hd display
2 gb nvidia 745m graphics card
1 tb hdd
i7 4th gen 4500u intel processor
ASUS Q550L

As laptops go, that pretty high end, The 4500u ranks 373 and the 745M ranks 145. I would guess its the games your playing ...or...your internet connection especially if its wireless. wireless is much slower than wired, and then too, you may not be getting high rate service from your provider. better give them a call to see what your getting!
