I have scoured the internet for some time and I could not find it ANYWHERE! Please don't send me to its Help Center, because I've searched there and found nothing useful. I don't want to make an account just to speak to them. Please help.

You won't find one. You can't contact facebook via email, you never could.

Facebook Does Not Have a Actual Email Address They Have a Form Through There Help Center its There you Just May Not Be Looking Hard Enough
Even if you Did Have One Facebook Does Not Offer Tech Support So you Would Not Hear Back from Them They Dont Write Back to People Unless They Need More Info About A Problem Which is Very Rare to Happen

facebook doesnt have a customer support department because facebook doesnt have customers, they have users - the site is free, so there is no support
