Does it send off a message like: "wow this person is attractive" or anything like that if a guy likes/comments on a girl's pictures that he doesn't know. and Vice versa, for a girl to do that to a guy's pictures?

Nah brah I do it all the time-just don't obsessively like some chicks pictures lol that would be a little stalkerish.

I'm a girl and I like when random people like my pictures. People do that all the time. It's not creepy, that's what Instagram is for
