I think you mean to say Google Chrome OS Beta because Google Hasn't officially release its OS yet. Yes its beta version has download by many and I think you are late. But you can download it and install it in windows operating system via virtual Box. Complete tutorial and download link can be found here.

You download it from Hexxah, but your computer needs to meet the system requirements.
